This is the Pez Petz 90 piece Bubble Gum Refill Pack, mint on card. The gum comes in Fruit, Grape and Watermelon flavors. The Pez Petz are Amurol Confections products that feature characters that dispense bubble gum. They really don't work quite the way a pez dispenser does, but are Pez Licensed products. These were released in the late 1990's and were discontinued after several series. The gum refills are quite hard to find and display quite nicely with the Pez Petz dispensers!.
