This is Sly the Fox from the Series 4 Pez Petz release. Pez Petz are Amurol Confections products that feature characters that dispense bubble gum. They really don't work quite the way a pez dispenser does, but are Pez Licensed products. These were released in the late 1990's and were discontinued after several series. This Sly the Fox Pez Petz comes loose and ready to display!
