Shipping and Handling
We care about the timely, safe and secure shipping of your PEZ order as much as you do! All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure their safe arrival. Most pez are shipped protected with bubblewrap and/or Styrofoam peanuts as needed and most items are shipped in sturdy boxes.
Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment, excluding weekends and Postal Holidays. We use the US Postal Service and have had excellent service for the most part.We cannot be responsible for items which are lost or damaged in shipping, therefore insurance is recommended and optional for packages under $50 total value and is required and automatic for packages over $50.00. Insurance rates are as follows:

International shipments may be subject to customs or import duty taxes in your own country. These fees are not charged or collected by the Pez Collectors Store and it is the international customer's responsibility to pay the duty taxes or customs fees assessed by their country upon delivery of the package.
Returns, Exchange and Refunds Policies
Incorrect Item Received or Missing Item
We make every effort to carefully describe and thoroughly check each item we sell to be sure it is in great condition or as described. PEZ that are mint in package are generally in mint condition. Loose PEZ are usually also in excellent to mint condition and any melt marks, cracks, floppy heads or other problems are disclosed in the item description. For any item shipped that is missing or significantly different than described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and let us know if we have made a mistake so that we can resolve the issue immediately. We will send the correct item immediately (generally within 24 hours) if available, or issue a full refund by the method of payment originally used if the item is no longer in stock. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If we request that the incorrect item be returned, we will provide a Return Authorization and a prepaid USPS shipping label, along with instructions for return.
Items Damaged During Shipment
We package items for shipment very carefully, but occasionally damage does occur during shipment. If your order arrives and something is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and let us know of the problem so that we can resolve the issue immediately. Our shipments are insured and we will assume responsibility for filing the insurance claim, but will need your cooperation to do so. Retain the shipping box and packing material, along with the damaged item. You will be instructed to send us photographs of the damaged shipping box and damaged item(s), and may be asked to complete a statement of damage or loss with the insurance provider. Upon receipt of necessary photos and statements, we will send a replacement item immediately (generally within 24 hours) if available, or issue a full refund by the method of payment originally used if the item is no longer in stock. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Returns Policy **PLEASE NOTE**: All sales are final, please review your purchase before submitting your order.
We want you to be happy with your order so if you have changed your mind about an item, contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and let us that you wish to return the item. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping address. The return must be postmarked within 7 days of the return authorization issuance. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and will be charged a $5 restocking fee per item. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS so that you have tracking and delivery confirmation. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We will issue an in-store credit for the sales price of the item(s) minus the restocking charge within 7 days of receiving the returned item. You may then use the credit to purchase different items from the Pez Collectors Store!
