The Toy Story 4 pez twin packs include a revised Woody with a new Little Bo Peep and a revised Buzz Lightyear and mini Space Alien. Little Bo Peep is a completely new dispenser while the Woody is a slight revision with wide open eyes and no a partial eyelid. The revisions for Buzz are a white stem with a white suit, and the Space Alien on a mini stem has a Pizza Planet logo printed on the stem.
