SpongeBob and Friends Pez

The SpongeBob Series included three versions of happy SpongeBob dressed and sporting a red stem, a yellow stem and a blue stem.  He also came in an unhappy, embarrassed version because he is wearing just his undies on a blue stem.  Patrick and Squidward are also included in the complete set released.  SpongeBob in undies was discontinued in 2004, but the other characters continued to be available until late in 2005 when they were all declared retired by Pez Co.! The SpongeBob Pez were rereleased in the USA in 2014 and the newer USA release has a 2008 Viacom copyright (original release has a 2004 Viacom copyright). The new release is 'half dressed' as the clothes are printed only on the front of the dispenser, not around the sides like the original release. The USA re-release is very much like the European release, except that the newer stems on Patrick and SpongeBob have the ledge at the top of the stem that is seen in more recent dispensers.
