This Papa Smurf was released in the late 1980's or early 90's as a part of the Series I Smurfs Pez with large hand painted pupils and little to none of the typical excess glue around the beard. It sits on a 3.9 transition thin feet stem. This Papa Smurf pez dispenser is in excellent condition sitting on a red 3.9 Austria transition thin feet stem. The footed 3.9 transition stem is quite hard to come by. The stem has thin feet, but the spine is the same depth as the channel, just like the no feet dispensers. This is the transition from no feet to thin feet and they are not very common! This quasi vintage Papa Smurf pez dispenser is an awesome variation to the usual versions. It comes loose and ready to display!
