This Smurf on a blue stem was released in the late 1980's or early 90's as a part of the Series I Smurfs Pez. It sits on a 3.9 thin feet Austria stem. This version has hand painted eyes, eyebrows and tongue. These were discontinued long ago and were replaced in the 1990s by the Series II Smurfs. This Smurf is mint on a blister card with two packs of pez candies. The bubble is not perfect and the card does show wear. The price listed on the card was punched before the pez and blister was attached so perhaps SMRP was changing or they no longer wanted to list prices on the items for retailers.
