This Smurf on a red stem was released in the late 1980's or early 90's as a part of the Series I Smurfs Pez. This one has hand painted eyes, eyebrows and tongue and sits on a 3.9 Thin Feet Austria stem. These were discontinued long ago and were replaced in the 1990s by the Series II Smurfs. This Smurf is mint in bag with old pez candy!
