This Smurf on a blue stem was released in the late 1980's or early 90's as a part of the Series I Smurfs Pez. It sits on a 3.9 thin feet stem. This version has hand painted eyes, and eyebrows. These were discontinued long ago and were replaced in the 1990s by the Series II Smurfs. This Smurf is mint in bag with old pez candies (bags may vary)!
