This is the Panda Pez Topper on a Sour Green Apple Juice box. Pez Juice Boxes were released in 2002 and contained 100% juice in a collapsing sippy bag. The screw top cap for the sipper had a soft rubber PEZ Head and the stem on the bag is shown surfing on the Sourz Cherry and Sours Green Apple flavor juice, rollerskating on Strawberry, and skateboarding on the Grape flavor juice. The bags have been emptied and can be 'refilled' with air to stand up or the air can be removed to lay flat.
