Dispensers sold in the USA must have the country where the dispenser is made included on them while in Europe, often only the patent number is included. Europe must have had extra Barry B. Benson pez, but for them to be sold in the USA, the country of manufacture had to be added to the stem. It is not often that this secondary printing occurs on Pez dispensers! This printed Barry B.
