Whether it is a new exclusive or a planned assortment, there are always new pez coming out. New pez were added this past month and more are coming next month. We have new information regarding upcoming releases from Europe and an announcement of new POP! PEZ that will be coming! So much to be excited for!
Pez released another limited edition exclusive for St. Patrick’s Day. The pez pal dressed up as a leprechaun, the same as the 2021 version, but this time with a transparent green crystal hat so you can see the top of the pez pal’s head and the hole used for attaching the hat. These limited editions sold out quickly and are retired. We have a few of these in stock.
The 2022 Emoji pez have arrived from Europe with new emojis Star and Tongue plus Glitter Poop on a pink stem and Laughing on a blue stem. These emojis make a great addition to the Emoji pez collection!
Marvel’s Doctor Strange has arrived in the Pez Collectors Store and he looks really good!
The 2022 Hello Kitty with a pink stem and pink bow with yellow polka dots, a yellow nose and black eyelashes or eyeliner will be available tomorrow in the Pez Collectors Store.
Care Bears Twin Packs are finally shipping to us. The Care Bears Twin pack pairs feature Cheer Bear with Funshine Bear and Grumpy Bear with Share Bear. Each twin pack comes with 6 rolls of pez candy and the boxes feature great Care Bear graphics! These will be in stock in the Pez Collectors Store in just a few days! Meanwhile, the set of Care Bears is available in the Pez Collectors Store now!
We added a few much sought after European pez to the Pez Collectors Store. Angry Birds Silver Bird, Hank the Octopus from the European Finding Dory set is available separately, Smiling Sid from the European Ice Age set and Gary the Snail from the European SpongeBob set are in stock now in the Pez Collectors Store.
Our order for Sonic is finally shipping to us and we expect to have them in just a few days. Sonic, Knuckles and Tails are included in the assortment!
The Sonic twin packs are delayed from their original March 1 ship date, we are told they will but should be coming soon.
We have been told that the Batman Twin Packs are ‘discontinued’ and there is no word of them being released in the future, either as twin packs or in polybag assortments. No reason was given for the cancellation.
Easter is April 17 this year. The two new Easter Pez for 2022 are the Easter Egg with Butterfly and Flower which comes in a tube with 6 rolls of pez candy, and the full body sitting bunny. These are both in stock in the Pez Collectors Store!
Pez plans to release a limited edition exclusive dated 2022 Easter Egg with a skipping bunny printed on the purple egg. It will come in a Tube with 6 rolls of pez candy. This dispenser was already made available in Europe on card and sold out quickly. There is no word on when it might be available in the USA – hopefully in time to add to those Easter Baskets! We hope to have a few available through the Pez Collectors Store.
The Mandalorian pez assortment will come with Mandalorian, Baby Yoda or Grogu on a full size stem and a new Boba Fett. It is not entirely clear what makes Boba new but at very least it will have a different copyright since Disney acquired the Star Wars license from Lucasfilm, Ltd.. The colors may be different somehow – we will have to wait until they are released to see what the differences are. This new assortment is scheduled for release April 15 and we hope to have them in stock soon after that.
Lightyear is scheduled for release May 1. This assortment will include Buzz Space Ranger Suit, Buzz XL – 14 Suit and Sox.
We have received an update on the new European Cinderella and Snow White dispensers. The expected release date is in July, so we hope to have them in stock by August!
Europe has also released an image of the Animal Crossing Pez assortment. This set is scheduled for release in the USA July 1 and we expect them to look the same as the European versions.
Funko POP! PEZ Five Nights at Freddy’s Tiedye POP PEZ and Five Nights at Freddy’s (not Tie Dye) are expected in June and August. Funko has another new set of POP! PEZ scheduled for release in September. The Office Dwight as Belsnickel, Dwight as Elf, and Michael as Classy Santa will be fun additions to the POP! PEZ collection! The images for these POP! PEZ are not available yet, but perhaps they will look a little like the POPS that are currently available.
