Jasper is a red crystal version of the Naughty Neil Pez dispenser. There were 100 Jasper pez produced for the PEZcific, St. Louis Annual National Pez Convention and for Pezamania. The PEZcific versions are printed with gold ink, the Pezamania versions are printed with silver ink and the St. Louis versions are printed in black ink. Each convention used these dispenser to raise money for their charities and these dispensers are quite limited! This is your chance to add one to your collection!
