Pez has produced a new mold for the Target mascot dog Bullseye (formerly known as Spot). This new promotional pez dispenser comes mint on card with a gift card which has a zero balance. The package is a very nicely done with candy canes and a banner saying Howliday Treats and the gift card is bone shaped. This Target Bullseye pez dispenser comes mint on card with pez candy.
