This is the yellow stem FAO Schwarz Bear, mint on the FAO Schwarz exclusive card with Pez candies. FAO Schwarz is a toy store that historically carried many of the different Pez Candy Dispenser releases. They had an exclusive FAO Schwarz bear produced for exclusive sales in their stores. These were released in 1999 and use the Icee Bear mold, but their coloration is quite unique to the FAO Schwarz exclusive bear. The bears came on 4 different stem colors - purple, red, yellow and blue. This yellow stem FAO Bear comes mint on card!
