Witch D was introduced in the 1991 Halloween Series. The first ones released had no Pez copyright on the head and the thin feet stem has the 3.9 patent number barely visible, but printed in black ink on one side of the stem, it says U.S. Patent 4.966.305. The other side of the stem under where the molded Patent number and Made in Yugoslavia is also printed in black ink saying Made in Yugoslavia. These printed stems were the first switches to the newer patent number, but the stem is still a thin feet stem. Very interesting piece of Pez history and quite hard to find!
