This Scrooge A Pez is the earliest Disney Scrooge version with hand painted eyes, removable top hat, glasses and movable wings. Scrooge A Pez is in excellent condition. It is on a red 3.8 USA no feet stem. The Scrooge has no melts, cracks or other stem problems. Its head spring and sleeve springs function perfectly! The sleeve is cream or ivory color with a red candy button. Scrooge comes loose and ready to display!
