This newer version of Tuffy comes with spiked hair sticking up in two tufts between his ears. Ears are painted pink and he comes on an orange stem. The MGM pez dispensers were discontinued quite some time ago and are difficult to come by! This Tuffy pez comes loose and ready to display!
