In Europe, the insert stickers were included in bags of candy that came with a single dispenser or sometimes with a carded pez or carded candy. The European carded pez were displayed on a spinning Peter Pez rack. The top of the rack was a Peter Pez head with a speech 'bubble'. Each time a new series was released, the bubble sticker was replaced with a new bubble sticker showing the new product. These are awesome and hard to come by!
