The Film Noir Pez Outlaw is meant to represent the section of the Pez Outlaw movie where Steve Glew meets the mystery woman who whispered Kolinska. In actuality, the woman's name was Maria and she told Steve Glew stories of European Pez that led to his approximately 100 trips to Europe buying Pez. In the Pez Outlaw Movie, this section is filmed in the Film noir style. Film noir is a cinematic term used primarily to describe stylish Hollywood crime dramas, particularly those that emphasize cynical attitudes and motivations, filmed in black and white with silhouettes, popular in the 1940s and 50s.
