The Moomin mini pez set was the 13 set released by Bandai in April, 2005. These characters are based upon characters from a book in Finland. The characters include:
Moomin - Blue Stem
The Snork Maiden - Yellow Stem
Little My - Red Stem
Snufkin - Green Stem
The Hattifatteners - Gray Stem
These will come loose and ready to display and will come with the inserts from inside the eggs. No eggs are included. These great mini pez dispensers from Japan are only about 2 1/2 inches tall because their stem is not as tall as a regular dispenser, but everything else is identical to other pez dispensers. They are fully functional and the mini pez packs load into them.
