This Smurf on a blue stem was released in the late 1980's or early 90's as a part of the Series I Smurfs Pez. It sits on a 3.9 thin feet Austria stem. This version has hand painted eyes, eyebrows and tongue. These were discontinued long ago and were replaced in the 1990s by the Series II Smurfs. This Smurf is loose and ready for display!
