Midwest of Cannon Falls has produced a series of Porcelain Hinged Boxes for Pez Dispensers. These delicate porcelain figures are hinged at the neck and inside is a tiny porcelain Pez Candy pack. This is the Witch B which was produced in 2000 and has been retired for quite some time now. This PHB Witch comes mint in box with its candy pack.
