Midwest of Cannon Falls has produced a series of Porcelain Hinged Boxes for Pez Dispensers. These delicate porcelain figures are hinged at the neck and inside is a tiny porcelain Pez Candy pack. This is the Snowman which was produced in 1999 and has been retired for quite some time now. This PHB Snowman comes loose and ready to display.
