Midwest of Cannon Falls produced a series of Porcelain Hinged Boxes for Pez Dispensers. These delicate porcelain figures are hinged at the neck and inside is a tiny porcelain Pez Candy pack. This is the elephant which was produced in 1999 and has been retired for quite some time now. This PHB Elephant comes mint in box with its pez candy pack.
