Midwest of Cannon Falls has produced a series of Porcelain Hinged Boxes for Pez Dispensers. These delicate porcelain figures are hinged at the neck and it has a mini porcelain grape candy pack inside. This is the elephant which was produced in 1999 and has been retired for quite some time now. This PHB Elephant comes loose and ready to display.
