The Peter Pez came in the series 1 set of Basic Fun Keychains in 1998. Three keychains were initally produced for the first series - elephant, Peter Pez and Uncle Sam. The back of this original card says "3 Styles" Collect them all! These come mint on card with two rolls of candy.
