Pumpkin B Pez Small Head Retired Mint on European Striped Card

This small head Pumpkin B was first released as a part of the 1991 Halloween series and was later replaced with a larger head Polly Pumpkin.  This Pumpkin B Pez comes mint on a European Striped Card with old style European Pez candy packs.
