This Papa Smurf was released in the late 1980's or early 90's as a part of the Series I Smurfs Pez with hand painted pupils and some of the typical excess glue around the beard. It sits on a 3.9 thin feet No Country stem. These were discontinued long ago and were replaced in the 1990s by the Series II Smurfs. This Papa Smurf is loose and ready for display!
