This is a McHooker Pez stems have a cutout of a truck made to represent the trucks that Steve Glew the Pez Outlaw brought into the USA. Steve Glew tells stories in the Pez Outlaw blogs about a meeting late at night in a McDonalds parking lot in Europe with a Pez International employee. The story is hilarious and inspired the creation of these 3D printed McHooker Pez. These are not functional pez. The Steve Glew head shows his face and features his long ponytail and beard which are glow in the dark, and the sleeve is signed Pez Outlaw by Steve Glew. The Hat and Bunny Slipper feet color match the colors of the sleeves which can be seen through the truck shaped cutout in the stem.
