This is a set of 4 Pez Party Favor Coach Whistle mini dispensers. Tara Toy Corporation produced a series of pez party favors which were mini sized dispensers. The Party Favor Coach Whistle set features 4 different colored whistles, each with different colored stems and whistle halves. The mini pez dispensers come on a card with 4 dispensers and 4 full size rolls of candy. These have been retired for quite a while, but are a great licensed product!
