The 2009 St. Louis Annual National Pez Convention featured a variety of Pumpkin Patch pins with the heads of the diecut pumpkin, Polly Pumpkin and the Jack-o-lantern dispensers with different colored backgrounds.  The pin that came with the convention registration was a red background. There was also a pumpkin patch in an orange background available as a variation.
