This is the Caramel Parrot pez from the original large head Kyoro Chan Parrot set from Japan. The Kyoro Chan Parrots are a set of Japanese Pez based on the Morinaga Chocoball mascot. Chocoball is a chocolate candy with centers of peanut, caramel, strawberry, banana or almond and their mascot is Kyoro-chan. The parrot mascot was made into a pez dispenser. These pez sets were available only in Japan and are cute as can be. A second release with smaller heads and feet came out in 2015. The Kyoro Chan Caramel Parrot pez dispenser comes loose and ready to display.
