This Misfit Snowman pez comes with a yellow head, white hat and nose, and gold teeth and eyes on a green stem. This misfit was released after Steve Glew's original production by Pez International. It is on a European Striped Card intended for distribution in Taiwan based on the Chinese (Taiwan) writing on the back of the card. There is some evidence of candy melting at some point, but the packs are intact and there is no leakage through the back of the card.
