This Icee bear pez dispenser from the late 1990's is very unusual misfit from Europe. It is an Icee Bear mold, but the head is molded in black plastic and it has the usual Icee bear eyes and a white painted nose, but has a golden painted tongue. This one sits on a blue stem and is a very difficult dispenser to come by. A great addition to the pez collection that is fairly scarce!
