This is a Disney The Lion King Pez 24ct Counter Display Header Card. The 24 count generic counter display boxes with individual assortment header cards used through the early 2000s were replaced by the 12 count counter displays with individual graphics. These 24 count box headers were mostly just thrown away, but make a great addition to the pez collection!
