This Exclusive Red White and Blue July 4th Ducky pez dispenser is a limited edition produced for the USA for Independence Day. The Ducky fades from red on top to white on the bottom and then has a blue stem with stars printed on it. They were briefly available online before they were sold out and retired. The patriotic Limited Edition card is the same as was used for the Limited Edition USA Flag Pez on red and on white stems, but in keeping with the new PEZ style graphics, the PEZ logo is straight across the top instead of angled.
