This old Spike pez is from the MGM pez dispenser series of Tom and Jerry. This Spike pez dispenser comes with a separate pink snout piece and sits on a red stem. The stem has no country of origin below the patent number, an indication that it was intended for release only in European markets where the country of origin is not required labeling.
