This European Green Jungle Mission Survivor Pez Flashlight with compass, magnifying glass, ruler, back pack clip and of course, it dispenses Pez candies as well. It comes shrink wrapped with old European Pez Candies. I can't say if it needs fresh batteries as its best by date is 2003!
