The Donkey Merry Music Maker is a whistle. Merry Music Makers are Pez with a whistle in the back of the head. Thes were first produced in the early 1980's and continued thru the early 1990's. Often called MMM for short, these make a great addition to any collection! These were released only in European countries and have been discontinued for quite some time now. This Donkey MMM pez comes mint on a European Halo Striped card with European candies, but the candies are too old to eat!
