This is the Dino pez from the Flintstones series released by Pez in the mid 1990's. This Dino pez comes mint on a special Czech Striped card with a MGM sticker and European candies, but the candies are quite old. The card says S OBTISKEM and S ODTLAčKOM which means 'with decal' and 'with depth' and the back of the card says SKIN CARTA which means skin card - probably a reference to the shrink wrap card. Really cool variation!
