Crazy Animals Pez Octopus on Blue Stem, Ltd. Ed.
The Crazy Animals Octopus was released originally only in Europe and was only seen on a white stem. It was later released in special Lay Down bags which was a way of clearing out old inventory from the Pez webstore by packing a special bonus dispenser with 30 rolls of candy. Mint condition, loose and ready to display!
