The Clear, Colorless Crystal Hand Psychedelic Eye Pez were a limited edition remake release only available through mail order from Pez as PCI Offer #79. This colorless hand holds a glow in the dark eyeball and is a remake of the original psychedelic eye pez dispenser. This comes loose on a neon green stem. These were retired quite some time ago and are quite hard to come by.
