This is a 2000 Bugz Pez 24ct Counter Display Header Card with an orange NEW sticker. The 24 count generic counter display boxes with individual assortment header cards used through the early 2000s were replaced by the 12 count counter displays with individual graphics. These 24 count box headers were mostly just thrown away, but make a great addition to the pez collection!
