Barney Beetle is from The Bugz series that was released in 2000. These characters are very similar to the characters in the 1998 Disney movie "Its a Bug's Life" but the copyright on the dispenser is 2000 PEZ. This Beetle pez comes mint in package with candies (bags may vary).
