The emoticon pez are currently an Australian exclusive release. The back of the package says the faces are Happy, Naughty, Cheeky, Cheezy, Lovey and Slick, however, the face for Cheezy is not included in the set and one that looks Grouchy was included instead. Perhaps the card stock was created before the final emoticons were chosen. These are similar to funky face pez but the faces are printed with color and more detail than the funky faces. This set of 6 Emoticon pez come mint on card with European pez candy though some of the cards have rather rough edges, but the pez dispensers are absolutely mint.
