Mickey comes with a stem printed with 4 Mickey Mouse silhouettes, Minnie with a striped and polkadot bow, Mickey with a bow tie on the stem and a silhouette in his ear, and Minnie with a white bow and pearl necklace printed on the stem. This set of 4 is distributed only in European countries. They come loose and ready to display!
