This is a limited production blue stem variation of the 2017 Northeast Pez Convention pez. It is printed on the ball with the NE Pez Convention world logo, on the front of the blue stem with NE PEZCON 2017 and on the sides of the stem with the rocketship designs. It looks absolutely awesome! It comes loose and ready to display!
