The 2012 St. Louis Annual National Pez Convention dispensers were printed on the stem of pez regulars. This is a purple regular, mint in bag. These were printed by Pez Company then packaged with 2 packs of Pez Candy in clear, uncolored bags! The Yellow dispenser was included in all registration packets and only 207 were produced.
