Alex the Lion is a new Pez released with the European Madagascar set for 2008 and a few of the Alex the Lion pez made it to the USA. The original Alex the Lion (with and without lines under his nose) had a much darker mane. The newer release has a lighter mane and snout and does have a line under the nose. These really do look great! The 2008 Alex the Lion comes mint on card with pez candies! Please note, cards may have some dents or dings on the bubbles but the Pez dispenser is mint!
